Memphis was rescued from a local shelter here in Texas. He was brought in as a stray and never claimed by his owner. He now has a 2 sisters and 2 brothers. He said he wants to win this contest so we can get more supplies and help with medical costs for other dogs associated with the Rescue we participate in.More
